    Main purpose of this position is to assist the Chief Steward in leading the job tasks of stewarding staff for all food and beverage equipment, for ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of all F&B areas.

    General Maintenance Worker

    Performs general repairs, including repairing walls, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures. Performs routine maintenance on building systems. Cleans and assists with the upkeep of the facilities. Conducts guestroom maintenance repair work. Duties involve assisting specialty workers with routine plumbing; insulating; welding; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and other building maintenance work.

    Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment.     Assistant Pool Facilities Manager

    Assist in the management of pool operations, Sports Activity Division, including (but not limited to) customer service, guest safety, employee relations, compliance, facilities, inventory, budget and operational forecasts, research and promotional campaigns. Must know how to swim and be lifeguard certified.

    Monitors pool operations for guest safety, equipment efficiency, guest usage of water slide, swimming pools, and gazebo, including beach and marine activities. Ensures guests comply to company and government regulations regarding pool usage. Ensures guests’ comfort and attends to guests’ needs. Responsible for cleanliness of swimming pools, water slide, and surrounding areas, towel inventory, sanitation, opening and closing of operations. Must know how to swim and be CPR certified.

    Recreation and Activities Manager

    Create and oversee recreational activities, including guest activities, promotional campaigns, customer service, and guest safety. Plan, organize, and instruct specific classes, activities, and events, including special events, holiday programs, and team-building exercises. Assist in the operations of the pool facilities, employee relations, budget forecasts, market research, and feasibility studies. Supervise recreational activities and submit recommendations regarding expanding, reducing, and developing leisure programs and facilities.

    Manage and handle the lounge's food and beverage service and guest service operations for premier users, including VIP guests. Create an environment for guests designed to stimulate all senses through personalized services, amenities, and experiences.     Systems Manager

Communicate with agents and customers on product offers, both new and improved. Assist in determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing strategies and analyzing trends and results. Establish sales objectives – forecast and develop annual sales quotas. Update Japanese social media accounts. Organize/conduct media shooting (TV, radio, travel magazines, etc.), Online tours, and hotel activities. Update weekly and monthly reports.
