To operate this camera first press the "Start Control" Button and wait for the green timer countdown which begins at 3 minutes.
During this 3 minute countdown you have control of the camera.
The scroll bars at the bottom and right side of the picture are used to pan up and down and side to side.
The scroll bar on the far right is for zoom.
The small "Sun" icon below the zoom control adjusts the brightness of the picture and the small camera icon ( bottom left) is used to capture a frame and save it to your your hard drive.
